WHICH SHUTTLE DEPARTURE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
From Sofia Airport to Bansko:
- 12:30 h : choose this shuttle if your flight arrives before 11:50h
- 13:30 h : choose this shuttle if your flight arrives between 11:50h and 12:50h
- 14:30 h : choose this shuttle if your flight arrives between 12:50 and 13:50h
If your flight is delayed - we will move you on the next shuttle.
If all shuttles have left, we will send an additional vehicle for you.
From Bansko to Sofia Airport:
- 07:00 h
- 09:00 h
- 16:30 h

The journey from Bansko to Sofia takes approx. 2h 30min.

ARRIVAL AT SOFIA AIRPORT
Upon arrival at Sofia Airport, after going through passport control and baggage claim, please look for a representative with BanskoShuttle.com sign.
If you cannot find them - please remain calm as they will be shortly in the arrivals hall. The shuttle connects both terminals at Sofia Airport and the shuttle bus and our representatives are constantly moving between them. So in some occasions they might not be there right after you come out, but will be very shortly with you.
HOTEL PICK-UP IN BANSKO
While booking a Bansko-Sofia Airport shuttle you will be asked to choose your hotel for pick-up in Bansko depending on your shuttle departure from the resort (7:00h, 9:00h or 16:30h). You can see the exact pick-up time slot next to the name of your hotel.
The driver will pick you up at the allocated time-slot for your hotel.
Please be ready on time at street level of your hotel as there is no waiting time.
SKI / SNOWBOARD EQUIPMENT
Ski/snowboard bags with luggage inside are accepted only if you check the box "Bringing any ski/snowboard equipment" in the booking form.
TRANSFER TIME
The journey takes approx. 2 hours 30 min, each way.
STOP ON-ROUTE
Short toilet breaks on route can be made, if requested.
