Booking your transfer

Book your transfer on-line using our booking form.

Bookings over the telephone are not accepted.

 

Payment

  • Shared shuttle: Full payment in advance is required to make a booking for the shared shuttle.
  • Private transfers: Full pre-payment is due to confirm booking for the private transfer. Fill out the booking form, complete payment securely with credit/debit card or via Pay Pal. After successful payment - your transfer is confirmed and a detailed confirmation is sent to your email*. Payments over the telephone are not accepted.

*Please note: we reserve the right to decline private transfer requests due to lack of availability for the requested travel date & time. Whenever an order is declined we will make sure to suggest any alternatives for your transportation and refund you in full in case of unavailability.

 

Confirmation

  • Shared shuttle: a confirmation of your shared shuttle with details and contacts of the transfer operator will be sent to your e-mail once you fill out the booking form and successfully complete the payment.
  • Private transfer: a confirmation with all the travel details is sent to your email once payment is through.

Cancellation

  • Shared shuttle: You can cancel your booking with full refund up to 72 hours before the travel date.
  • Private transfer: You can cancel or change your booking up to 72 hours before travel date & time with full refund.  No refund is applicable for cancellations or changes with less than 72 hours notice.
